ip.access, a developer of small cell mobile technology, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Gwyn Williams as VP of worldwide customer operations.

 

In his new role Williams will lead the company’s global professional services and customer support organizations.

 

Prior to joining ip.access, Williams was director for worldwide service product management for Tekelec. He has also held senior customer and professional services support roles across Europe with Tektronix and SignalSoft as well as managing operator relationships and technology integration with Lucent Technologies.
