French regulator
Arcep has
determined that
Orange France and
SFR have met the 3G mobile targets they were required to achieve by the end of 2010, and will therefore not face sanctions.
French payment solutions vendor
Ingenico is in talks to by the US assets of
Hypercom in order to grow its North American presence,
Bloomberg reported.
UK regulator Ofcom said it will open applications for new community radio licenses in response to growing demand.
