Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has
revealed the company will be ready to announce improvements to its privacy handling practices this week, stating he wants to “make sure we get this stuff right this time.”
French telecom regulator

Cisco has
arranged to acquire digital signal processing solutions developer
Core Optics for $99 million (€79 million)
Dutch operator
KPN has
accelerated its share repurchase program, speeding up progress on the first €500 million tranche of the €1 billion program. The second tranche will start immediately after the first concludes.
Orange has
launched Samsung's Player One Cityzi contactless mobile payment service in France, and is offering Nice residents a free subscription to the Cityzi service until June 2011.
