Russian mobile operator OJSC MTS has gone live with the latest stage in automatic IT support for its retail shops.
 
The integration of the assyst suite, developed by ITSM provider Axios Systems, was conducted by OJSC MTS subsidiary RTK.
 
It was aided by system integrator SITRONICS IT, who was chosen as the project's implementation partner.
 
By the end of the project, assyst will be operational in over 3,000 MTS retail stores, the companies said.
